Perfect place to stay in Longview!

We initially booked our stay in Marshall for my grandma’s funeral. Shane called me that morning to let us know that there was an issue at the property and we wouldn’t be able to check in that afternoon. He quickly offered a full refund or a stay at another property of theirs in Longview. We swapped to the Longview property a little further away. This property was actually bigger than the Marshall location and there were no additional costs. We had no issues with check in. Communication was excellent. The building is old so there is a bit of an older/musty smell. However, it is completely refurbished and every single room was beautifully done, from paint to furniture and decor. You can tell that they really care about their guests. There was plenty of space for our crew and it took some of the stress off of us in such an emotional time. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to other friends and family.
