With 5 rooms/3.5 baths you can easily fit multiple families, have a bachelorette party, host a poker tournament, watch a big game, hang with your besties and the list goes on. There are plenty of spaces for you to spread out including the living/dining, library, game room and a theater room with 85" TV, PS5 and surround sound.
